Know More about Art Therapy

When emotions run deep and words fall
short,

our bodies often carry what we cannot express.

It remembers every time you abandoned it.
It first whispers through fatigue, anxiety, restlessness, migraines, insomnia,
and a lack of focus - asking us to pause, listen, and care for our inner world
before the weight becomes too heavy to carry.

Expressive Art Therapy becomes a
wonderful tool to navigate through such heaviness. It becomes a form of
healing, meditation, and self-discovery

gently calming the nervous system, grounding us back into our body,

and reminding us that healing can feel peaceful, creative, and light.

When anxiety and overthinking pulls us
away from the present,

Our nervous system needs softness, safety, and space to slow down.                     We need ways to hold our
pain, grief, anger, and confusion with care.
The modern world never slows down. Amid
constant comparison and uncertainties, the pressures of modern life have spared
no one. Whether you're a curious teenager navigating new emotions, a young
adult finding your way, a parent carrying new responsibilities, or someone
moving through loss, a major change, or an unexpected diagnosis, it's only
human to feel overwhelmed. It is natural to feel frustrated, sad, anxious, or
confused during such turbulent times.
Expressive Art Therapy is a wonderful
tool to manage the stress and regulate our nervous systems when the inner world
feels noisy and chaotic.
Hi! I am Krishi ~ a certified art
therapist and a designer ~ and I discovered this practice during my own journey
through a difficult health transition, where art became a gentle way to process
emotions, quiet an overactive mind, and reconnect with myself. Now, through
guided one-on-one sessions and group workshops, I create a safe, non-judgmental
space for you to pause, explore, and express.
