Clothing
We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in case you are not completely satisfied with them, breathe easy. Please send us a request to replace it within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to look into it and exchange it for a better fit.
To start the process, email us at themanuscripts.in@gmail.com with your order number, details and pictures of the issue.
The product bought will only be accepted for replacement if the refund process is initiated within 7 days after the delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The cost of couriering the product to our address shall be borne by the customer. We recommend using a secure and trackable courier service (Domestic delivery companies like: Bluedart, Delhivery) as we cannot be held responsible for packages that do not reach us. If you originally paid any customs or duties, please note that these will not be refunded by us.
The Manuscripts will only bear the expenses of the transaction (delivery) after the repair of the merchandise.
Journals
We are sorry for any dissatisfaction experienced with the product. If there is any issue with your order, you have 7 days to request for a replacement.

Note: Please note that each journal is handmade and some are even hand printed using the process of cyanotype. Hence every journal is unique and has a personality of its own. Natural processes tend to create minute differences in the outcome of the product. As they say, no two rocks are alike. We would hope that you accept and understand the beauty of these natural processes as well as we do.
Considering the note mentioned above, if you still find a manufacturing defect in the product, we would be happy to exchange it for you.

Other
1. Replacement is only applicable with the products of equal price value or more.
2. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
3. Since most of the items are made to order, we accept only exchanges, refund is not applicable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
While we will work to resolve your issues, we normally do not offer refunds since most of the items are made to order unless there has been a manufacturing defect. For those rare events, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Art Therapy Consultation and Workshops

Our goal is to reach as many people as we can and help them aware about what a beautiful medium art is to process, reflect, introspect, heal, let go, meditate, and surrender.
In case you’ve registered for an upcoming online/offline workshop from the website and you’re unable to make it, we regret to inform you that refund in such cases cannot be approved due to the preparations involved in conducting an art therapy workshop.
Although, you can always write to us at themanuscripts.in@gmail.com to check if there’s a different session we can accommodate you in, in the near future.
