Shipping policy

ORDER & SHIPPING PROCESS

As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. As every product is handmade and made to order, the product will take anywhere between 10-20 days to get dispatched from our end. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on our shipping agents sites. For domestic shipments, it takes 10-12 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive and 12-15 working days for international shipments.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
